For those of you that have been following the Frost Park Chalk Offs (which take place every Friday at noon), you’ll know that this past Friday sported an unprecedented prize for the loser as opposed to the victor. That’s correct, to the loser goes the spoils.

The thought of losing to win, however, didn’t stop the Chalkies from producing a myriad of stunning pieces.

No piece, however, had the gall, the audacity, the incivility to project such a monstrosity of hideousness than my very own Chalk Tetris:

That’s right, this shameful attempt at art garnered not six, but ZERO votes thus making me the winner and collector of The Red Hot sponsored prize of fantastic chalk tools. This loss also names me as the first ever BEST ILLUSTRATOR of the ANTI-UNIVERSE (of Tacoma)! What does that mean exactly? Perhaps that means I am to represent an alternate side of the Chalkdom, using chalk in a perhaps villainous manner and battle the legions of Best Illustrators of the Universe of Tacoma. Only time will tell.

My strategy for this loss/victory? By drawing a game which is in a sense unbeatable (it goes up to level 99 or something but that’s just boring) and using the masses’ subconscious dislike for it, I knew loss was in the bag. No one is worse than me. I suck!
