KUPS Wins MTVU Woodie Award

UPDATED: We’re confirmed, KUPS has won the MTVU Woodie. Official Press Release here.
Rumor on the tweet is that our alma mata, and where The Melon all began has won a MTVU Woodie Award for best college radio station. A twitter posting suggests that MTV folks were down at KUPS today notifying them of the honor.
We’ll let you know when we hear more, but congrats to KUPS and those who helped build the station over the years.
